La Bien Aimée – “the beloved” – is the label of Aimée, who brought her love of knitting from Kansas to Paris and established a studio for color and yarn there. Merino Singles is 100% superwash Merino Wool, single-ply spun and hand-dyed. The single-ply structure gives the yarn a special softness and makes the colors shine with a brilliance that only hand-dyeing and a single, untwisted strand can achieve.

With 366 m per 100 g in fingering weight, Merino Singles is suitable for shawls, scarves, lightweight sweaters, and all projects that thrive on vibrant colors. 48 colors – one of the largest hand-dyed palettes in the assortment. Singles yarns knit best with blunt needle tips and an even, loose stitch.
