Cumulus by Fyberspates is 74% Baby Suri Alpaca and 26% Mulberry Silk – a lace yarn that creates a delicate, glowing Halo around every stitch, similar to Mohair but without the scratchiness. The Baby Suri fiber is exceptionally soft and light, while the silk provides stability and a fine sheen. Hand-Dyed in England by Jeni Hewlett, who founded Fyberspates in 2005.

With 150 m per 25 g, Cumulus is perfect on its own for ultra-light scarves and shawls that float rather than hang, or as a companion yarn that gives other yarns a warm aura. 32 colors – each hand-Dyed. Using needle sizes 3–5 mm produces stitches that flow softly into each other, creating a fluid, lively fabric.
