Coast is Holst Garn's Bestsellers: 55% Merino and 45% Cotton, spun into a Light Fingering yarn with 350 m per 50 g. The Cotton absorbs color differently than the Merino – creating the characteristic heathered, vibrant shades that Coast is known for. The yarn feels cool and pleasant but still provides warmth thanks to the Merino content. Like all Holst yarns, Coast includes spinning oil when purchased – only after the first wash does it reveal its true nature, becoming noticeably softer and fuller.

Perfect for shawls, baby clothes, lightweight sweaters, and summer projects. Especially popular: Coast knitted double-stranded as DK weight, often in two different colors for subtle color effects. Also a wonderful partner yarn for Titicaca.
